Begin your project journey by reaching out to us through our website or email. This initial contact is crucial for us to understand your needs and start the collaboration process.
Communication Setup
We value effective communication. After initial contact, we establish a communication channel that suits you best, whether it's Microsoft Teams, Email, Slack, WhatsApp, or Telegram, to facilitate seamless interaction throughout the project.
Google Drive Folder Sharing
For organized file management, we share a personalized Google Drive folder for your project. This dedicated space will serve as a central hub for all project-related documents, ensuring easy access and security.
Project Submission
You can upload all necessary project details to the designated Google Drive folder. This may include hand-drawn sketches, descriptive documents, Matterport links, and other relevant details that will guide our design process.
Design and Delivery
Once we have all the information, our team begins the design process, aiming to complete it within 24 hours. We place the completed Chief Architect source files, blueprint PDFs, and renderings in an 'Output' subfolder within your project folder.
Revisions and Finalization
After receiving the initial deliverables, you can review and request any necessary revisions. We then create a 'Revision' subfolder for each round of changes, ensuring your complete satisfaction with the final output.
THE FINANCIAL ASPECT
You Take Care Of The Payments, We Take Care Of The Rest.
Each project requires an upfront payment. However, as our trust grows, you can opt for convenient monthly advance payments. Our pricing is highly competitive, with a flat rate of $120 per project regardless of complexity. This rate includes unlimited revisions, making our service a popular choice among clients. For projects beyond the fifth each month, we offer a special discount, reducing the cost to only $100 per project.
